Knowledge is power! Discover how easy it is to prepare plant-based meals that taste delicious and are healthy and humane. In this class series, you’ll learn about the essential nutrition, ingredients, and techniques of a vegan diet. In this hands-on class series with the Catskill Animal Sanctuary’s Compassionate Cuisine Chef Linda Soper-Kolton, you’ll learn how to prepare non-dairy cream soups, whole grain dishes, high-protein beans and calcium-rich greens. All participants will receive the lesson plan, recipes and resources for creating simple compassionate dishes at home.
