Itʼs the time of year when we start to head indoors and seek foods that comfort and warm us, often those foods are unhealthy and high in calories. In this class, weʼll explore comfort foods – but with a healthy, vegan approach so the comfort will come without the guilt. Using seasonal, organic ingredients, youʼll learn how to make a soup, stew, casserole and sweet treat that you will turn to over and over again. All participants will receive lesson plan, recipes and resources.
