Join the Catskill Animal Sanctuary’s Compassionate Cuisine Chef Linda for a hands-on cooking and lecture class that will address both topics and leave you feeling confident in answering that perennial question about your protein. All participants will receive a lesson plan, recipes and resources for creating compassionate meals that will cover your protein needs.
