Emergency rescue of desperately needy farm animals is a vital part of Catskill Animal Sanctuary’s mission. Since we opened in 2001, we’ve given a second chance to over 2,000 animals with nowhere to turn. Your membership will ensure safety and joy for greater numbers of farm animals, who in turn will assist with the equally important second part of our mission: that of educating the public about the sentience and suffering of farm animals, and of encouraging every visitor to make the life-affirming choice to go vegan.
CAS members are people just like you, who care about farm animals and support our work on their behalf. Memberships not only ensure that our animals receive the best care possible; they also ensure that our impact grows through educational programming such as Camp Kindness, customized tours, vegan cooking classes and more.

Membership privileges include free admission during visiting season, discounted admission to all our events, and a subscription to our Enewsletter.

For CAS members and animal sponsors who live out of town, weekday visits can sometimes be arranged. To ensure that someone will be available to help you get the most out of your visit, a minimum of one week’s advance notice is required. Thank you for your understanding!
