Italian food tops the list of our favorite cuisines and is one cuisine we turn to again and again for taste, familiarity, and comfort. Traditionally, Italian food is also known for using meat and cheese in many of its dishes. Luckily, going vegan doesn’t mean giving up on our favorite foods. Join us as we demonstrate how to make vegan versions of these familiar favorites; Tempeh Piccata, Eggplant Parmesan, Meatless-Meatballs, Stuffed Shells. Recipes contain nuts, gluten, and soy.
