Kathy Stevens, founder and director of Catskill Animal Sanctuary in New York, and Lori Gruen, professor of philosophy, coordinator of Wesleyan Animal Studies, and author of Entangled Empathy. These two amazing speakers, writers, intellects, and storytellers will be in conversation about speciesism, love, and the significance and challenge of a vegan diet—for the animals, for the planet, and for our health. After talking with each other, they will open up the conversation to the audience.
