Chia Pudding Parfait

Our daily routines are a made up of a variety of habits…some good, some not so good. Habits are important, especially the good ones, and starting the day with something nourishing can help set the tone for the rest of the day.

 1 ½ cups non-dairy milk
 2 tbsp real maple syrup
  cup chia seeds
 Dash of salt
For the Toppings
 Fresh berries
 Chopped apple
 Chopped banana
 Chopped nuts
 Cinnamon
 Hemp seeds
 Real maple syrup

Place chia seeds, nut milk, maple syrup, and chia seeds in a jar and stir or shake well. Seal the jar and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Spoon pudding into bowls and top with fresh fruit, nuts, cinnamon and a dash of maple syrup. Layer the pudding with toppings for a more elegant presentation.
