Mango Cucumber Salsa

Salsa from a jar is fine when time is tight, but when you can make something that tastes so delightfully light, bright, and fresh, why wouldn't you? Sweet, succulent mango pairs beautifully with crisp cucumber,

 2 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped, about 2 cups
 1 small cucumber, (peeled or unpeeled), seeded, and chopped in 1/4-inch pieces
 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
 1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
 1 small red onion, finely chopped, about 1/2 cup
 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves
 ½ tsp Salt

To make salsa, combine ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
