Rowdy
Rowdy was rescued in 2015, along with 13 other horses from a Saratoga, NY, hoarder who, despite having dozens of horses, had no food for them when we arrived. Hoarding is now recognized as a mental illness. Rowdy is very closely bonded with his friend, Collette, who was rescued with him.
