| Trudy and Miracle share a deeply bonded mother–daughter relationship that’s heartwarming to witness. Mama Trudy is confident and curious, often the first to greet visitors and lean in for back scratches. Miracle, the daughter, is usually more cautious, watching closely from her mother’s side until she knows everything is safe. When Trudy relaxes, Miracle does too. It’s clear to anyone who meets them that living as a family is how they prefer to be! Trudy and Miracle are a special mother–daughter pair, looking for sponsors who can help them continue their life of safety and peace here at CAS. |
Trudy first came to CAS after being rescued from the Catskill Game Farm, a notorious petting zoo, and was quickly adopted. Miracle was born unexpectedly a few years later: a surprise that would inspire the daughter’s name! The pair returned to CAS together in 2019 after their adopter could no longer care for them. Miracle was scared at first, but with time, patience, and her mama by her side, she’s since learned she is safe for life here.
