Perfectly creamy, tangy and addictive, this Avocado-Cilantro Sauce will elevate salads, empanadas, burritos and tacos to a new level. To really spice things up, add one seeded jalapeño. Avocado, which helps raise our “good cholesterol” (HDL), makes this a heart-healthy dip, and by using non-dairy yogurt, there’s no cholesterol and no cruelty involved. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for several days.

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
