Peach Cobbler Smoothie

Nothing says summer like fragrant, fresh peaches, and nothing tastes as good as a cobbler made with the sweetest, juiciest pick of the bunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free, old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 of a frozen banana
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 6 to 8 dates
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of cloves

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and diced peaches, if desired. Serve immediately.
