
Peach Cobbler Smoothie
Nothing says summer like fragrant, fresh peaches, and nothing tastes as good as a cobbler made with the sweetest, juiciest pick of the bunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup gluten-free, old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 of a frozen banana
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 6 to 8 dates
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cloves
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and diced peaches, if desired. Serve immediately.
