Join Chef Sara in preparing a vegan Thanksgiving feast that will fill your bellies and warm your hearts! In this special 3-hour class, you’ll learn how to prepare some of Sara’s favorite holiday dishes, all of them delicious and cruelty-free. At the end of class, we’ll share a beautiful meal together in the Homestead dining room. As a bonus, arrive at 12:30 for a private visit with some of the Sanctuary’s friendly, curious turkeys. Join us for a wonderful class you’ll never forget!
You’ll learn how to make: Frisee and Radicchio Salad with Apples and Pomegranate; Stuffed Seitan Roulade; Herbed Fingerling Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts; Green Beans Almondine; The Best-Ever Sourdough Stuffing; Rich Vegetable Gravy; Maple-Cinnamon Delicata Squash; Classic Pumpkin Pie with Coconut Whipped Cream.
