In this class, you’ll learn about native Mexican and Central American foods that will bring fresh, mouthwatering flavors to your repertoire of recipes. Learn from Sara as she demonstrates how to prepare fresh nopales (cactus paddles), calabacitas (summer squash with corn and tomatoes), and her all-time favorite enchiladas, among other great recipes – and make sure to save room for flan!
You’ll learn how to make: Pozole with Garnishes; Enchiladas Verdes with Black Beans, Sweet Potato, and Chard; Calabacitas; Nopalitos Salad; Cashew Crema; Hibiscus-Lime Chia Fresca; Perfect Vegan Flan. (Recipes may contain nuts and soy.)
