We’ll help you get started by exploring what it means to transition to a vegan lifestyle, what’s in the vegan kitchen, easy substitutions and replacements, reading labels, and an overall healthy, sustainable approach to your goal. Bring your questions, fears, and doubts, but don’t forget your appetite! Enjoy a variety of vegan vittles and a demonstration or two during the discussion. Some recipes may contain nuts, gluten, and soy.
