In the cold winter months, there’s nothing like a steaming stew or bubbling casserole to warm up your kitchen and bellies – and just before the holidays, one-pot meals are especially welcome as easy-to-make dinners that feed a crowd with minimal effort and mouthwatering results. Let Chef Sara demonstrate some of her favorite winter dishes that make efficient use of the oven, stovetop, and slow cooker, and need nothing more than a crisp salad to make a filling and nourishing meal.
You’ll learn how to make: Braised Cabbage, Kale, and Potatoes with “Sausage” and Caraway; Smoky Three-Bean Chili; Lentil Shepherd’s Pie; Slow Cooker White Bean Cassoulet; Moroccan-Style Vegetable and Chickpea Tagine. [Recipes may contain gluten, nuts, and/or soy.]
