Catskill Animal Sanctuary Legacy Society
For twenty years, Catskill Animal Sanctuary has been a refuge for farmed animals rescued from cruelty, neglect and abandonment. Thanks to the generosity of people like you, more than 5,000 animals have been rescued and experienced the healing power of love. When you incorporate charitable giving in your estate planning, you provide for the people and charities that matter most to you. Making a planned gift to Catskill Animal Sanctuary is a purposeful way to ensure we can continue to provide nonhuman animals with love and safety — today and well into the future.
Including Catskill Animal Sanctuary in your charitable plans is a simple process. Gifts may be made in a variety of forms, including cash, securities and real estate, or through planned gifts, such as bequests.
A bequest is one of the easiest gifts to make. With the help of an advisor, you can include language in your will or trust specifying a gift be made to Catskill Animal Sanctuary as part of your estate plan.
To make the process easier, we’d be pleased to share some suggested language for your advisor’s and your consideration; of course, we recommend that you seek the advice of your financial or legal advisor.
If you’re in the process of including Catskill Animal Sanctuary in your planned giving, you’ll need the following information:
