Catskill Animal Sanctuary is a 150-acre refuge in New York’s Hudson Valley for 10 species of farmed animals rescued from cruelty, neglect and abandonment. We are a leader among U.S. farmed animal sanctuaries and are accredited by the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries for having the highest standards of animal care. The independent reviewer Charity Navigator awarded Catskill Animal Sanctuary with its highest rating of four stars for our commitment to accountability and transparency, and GuideStar awarded us its highest honor of Platinum. In fact, we’re the only farmed animal sanctuary that can boast all three!
