Helen was born with congenital cataracts as well as rotated eyes, at a large beef producing facility. The grower’s daughter begged him to spare this one cow’s life rather than send her to slaughter along with the rest, and the grower gave in, so little Helen came to live in peace at CAS. Helen is a confident girl who lives a full life in her small herd.
