Ruby
Ruby was one of 15 hens rescued from bankrupt factory farm in eastern Colorado. They and many others were left in the barns during a blizzard to freeze and starve to death, but the Colorado animal rescue community was able to rescue about 660 chickens in total. Ruby is sweet and affectionate and enjoys cuddling up in her favorite humans’ laps.
