The Sanctuary Will Be Closed On Saturday November 2nd For Gobble & Groove Preparations! (Plus New Hours, Upcoming Events, And More!)

As the weekend of Gobble & Groove draws closer, we’re all in high gear to prepare for our annual fall celebration:

The chefs are testing and perfecting their chili, cornbread, and cobbler recipes.

The band is making their set list while our fabulous Events Director, Michelle, is working hard behind the scenes, getting games and decorations— and a photobooth so we can capture fun moments with all of you! Our Founder/Director, Kathy Stevens, is penning a call to action that will have us laughing, crying, and ready to roll up our sleeves and build a better world for animals.

While we will be closed on Saturday to get ready, we hope to see lots of you folks on Sunday!

As the weather becomes a bit darker and chillier, our updated tours schedule will begin on Sunday, November 3rd:

Tours depart at 11:00am, 2:00pm (Regular Tours only; Family-Focused tours are finished for the season)

Day Passes from 11:00am to 3:00pm

We still have lots of great events coming up, too! Our Founder, Kathy, will be leading her infamous “Break All The Rules” tours on Saturday, November 9th at 11:00am and 2:00pm. 

We also have one ticket left for our Locally Harvested Plant-Based Thanksgiving class on November 9th at 1:00pm.
