Camp Kindness 2019 Is Almost Here!
Camp Kindness Summer 2019 is just a few weeks away! Our one-of-a-kind animal-focused summer day camp program gives children and teens the unique opportunity to get to know rescued farmed animals up close.
Parents of Camp Kindness Kids say, “The experience couldn’t have been any better. My son had a great time meeting the animals and spending quality time with them, the counselors were great, he loved the food, and the learning activities.”
Campers get to spend the day doing all kinds of fun activities, like:
- Spending time with rescued farmed animals
- Making delicious plant-based foods
- Exploring themes of compassion and kindness for all
- Playing fun, animal-themed games
- Learning cool facts about the environment
- Discovering all the ways we can make a difference
- Learning the ins and outs of caring for farmed animals at Camp Kindness and CK Teens!
Our program for younger attendees focuses on helping kids become “superheroes” for animals. Each child will “adopt” an animal for the week and help care for them.
CK Teens takes this interaction to the next level with leadership skill building and learning how to be an advocate!
Games, art projects, and a new animal best friend await kids at Catskill Animal Sanctuary, the highest rated animal sanctuary on the East Cast.*
