Baba Ganoush

Baba Ganoush is a traditional middle eastern dish made from charred or roasted eggplants. It’s eaten as an appetizer generally, but I find that a day or so later, it’s a wonderful sandwich spread or topping for a midday piece of toast.

Man’oushe (Za’atar Flatbread)

Man’oushe is a traditional flatbread recipe often eaten for breakfast. There are different varieties, but here we are using za’atar – a spice blend, to create a very flavorful and easy to make bread to accompany lunch or dinner.
