Looks like we’ll
all be staying in this Easter but the coronavirus can’t keep this holiday from coming. Whether you have a big family sheltering-in-place, a party of one, or anything in between, compassion is always on the menu. Here are a few suggestions that might break up the boredom of pantry cooking and give you something new to try. Some recipes require fresh ingredients in addition to some staples you may have on hand: Plan ahead by doing your shopping online or make a mask, grab your gloves and shop locally (one day I’ll look back at that sentence and think how strange it was to have to say that). Don’t forget your local farms who also need your support. Look online to find one near you.
And if you’d like to learn how to make Compassionate Crab Cakes for your holiday meal, a recipe from our cookbook, follow us on Instagram
@addlovestir because we’ll be making them live this Wednesday, April 8!
