There are few times during the year that are busier than the holiday season. We have more on our proverbial plates–shopping, crafting, planning, wrapping, visiting, volunteering–and less time for our typical routines. When that happens, our good habits are often the first things to go; we skip the gym after work in favor of shopping or social activities; maybe we eat out more often because it’s fun and festive; and our plans for home-cooked meals can be too much to manage so we opt for drive-through or delivery.
If you can manage to make the time, a scratch-made meal is generally a better choice. To help you, we’re suggesting a few of our favorites that are full of plant-based goodness and come together fairly quickly.
