Superfood Recipes Class

Our next Compassionate Cuisine vegan cooking class (Saturday, August 16 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.) covers the important and delicious topic of superfoods. Superfoods are exceptionally nutritious foods that provide a host of benefits supporting health and well-being. They are not just a passing fad – if you know what these food are and can easily incorporate them into your regular diet.

In this class, we’ll learn about some of the most important superfoods and create superfood recipes that will help you boost your energy, control cravings and fight off disease.
